Summary: Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is a herbaceous plant, with a small and unbranched stem, of the Asteraceae family, very popular due to its edible leaves, usually consumed in natura. However, the exposure of herbicides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers plants is responsible for an extensive amount of residues, which arouses concern on the part of consumers, those looking for vegetable options. However, the choice of traditional crops over traditional fertile ones leads to a greater input of external inputs, causing the value of the final product when compared to traditional crops, which reduces its accessibility to buyers. In this context, organic product requirements demanded for non-organic production products, as they present excellent results from vegetable and financial crops, are not prohibited from organic products to external products. In addition, the application of Silicon has also shown promise, promoting positive effects such as increased transpiration, greater structural strength of tissues, greater light interception and higher photosynthetic rates. In the present work, based on the interaction of sources of fertilizer growth, analysis of macro and micronutrients, leaf anatomy and structural projects, the effects of green fertilization with leguminous plants (Leucaena leucocephala) and application of foliar Silicon with the foliar purpose of observing and possible benefits in curly lettuce plants. For this, the plants were kept under controlled conditions, with increasing spraying of six green manures (0L, 3L, 6L, 9L, 12L and 15L) and foliar scheme with Silicon in a 2x6 factorial. The selection alternatives the good results obtained with the offer of green manure as 9L. The following were evaluated: growth and index, leaf anatomy, structural structures, macronutrients, SPAD content. Beneficial effects on plant study when used without green effect, especially with study plant study effect. The combined use of green manure and silicon, however, proved to be harmful in most analyses.
